Delete your account

How to delete your Critter Planet account, and what happens to your data. It works the same in the browser and in the apps for Android and iPhone, which Mo2Ma, Inc. publishes in the app stores.

In the game

  1. Open the game and log in.
  2. Go to Settings → Keeper account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

7 days to change your mind

You are logged out on every device at once. Your account waits 7 days: log in before then and it stays, with your planet and your friends.

What is deleted, and what stays

  • Deleted: your keeper name, password and email address, your friends, gifts, visits and guestbook stickers, your club, the devices that got notifications, and the names of friends in your planet.
  • Stays: your planet and its numbers, such as your level, critters and crystals, without anything that says who you are. We use them to see how the game is played. If we gave you another keeper name because yours broke the rules, the old one stays taken, so nobody else can take it.

Cannot log in any more?

Email info@critterplanet.io with your keeper name, from the email address of your account if you can, and we delete it for you within a month. We may ask you to show that it is really you.
